Stephen M. Ward
Stephen Ward, a native of Omaha, Nebraska, brings over a decade of sales experience to his work as a commercial real estate broker and property manager. Outside of his professional life, Stephen treasures spending time with his wife, Prisca, and their three children.
As President and Broker of Exceptional Properties Group (EPG), Stephen is known for his attentive listening skills, tenacious problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering results for his clients. He credits the firm’s success to its clients, whom he regards as the company’s greatest mentors.
In his role, Stephen oversees EPG’s brokerage, property management, and project management divisions, ensuring a steadfast commitment to exceptional service, care, and performance across all areas. Under his leadership, EPG has continued to grow its presence across multiple capital markets, primarily in the Midwest, with a particular focus on the sale of apartment, industrial, and retail properties.
Guided by his faith, Stephen leads both his life and business with integrity and purpose. He firmly believes that the greatest reward in business is earning the trust of others. Colton J. Luchsinger
Colton Luchsinger serves as Vice President of Investment Sales for Exceptional Properties Group, where he assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of commercial investment properties, with a focus on building strong relationships and identifying strategic opportunities.
An Omaha native, Colton has been passionate about real estate investments since 2016 and brings a thoughtful, opportunity-driven approach to commercial brokerage. As an owner of both self-storage and multifamily property, Colton understands investment real estate from both the broker and ownership perspective.
In his role, Colton works closely with investors, property owners, and the EPG team to source opportunities, support transaction strategy, and help clients navigate the sales process with confidence. His firsthand ownership experience, market awareness, and commitment to communication make him a valuable resource for those seeking to buy or sell investment real estate.
Outside of his professional life, Colton is a proud father of two and enjoys staying connected to the Omaha community he calls home.
Thomas J. Ward
Tom Ward grew up in Ralston, Nebraska. He studied at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri. Tom has worked in sales throughout his entire 39-year career.
Tom serves as Associate Broker for Exceptional Properties Group, where he assists his son, Stephen, and the firm’s other real estate agents in serving EPG’s clients in every way possible.
Specializing in multifamily sales, Tom finds sincere satisfaction in helping residential clients and commercial investors locate off-market purchase opportunities and put together deals that are a win for all parties involved.
Tom’s goal is to help people achieve their real estate goals. He is grateful to work alongside his son, Stephen. Together, they help clients locate exceptional properties and assist in executing the best possible deal.
Outside of his professional life, Tom treasures spending time with his wife, six children, and 15 grandchildren. He is also an avid fisherman who enjoys time outdoors and on the water.

Prisca A. Gaba-Ward
Prisca Gaba-Ward serves as Client Relations Coordinator for Exceptional Properties Group, where she assists with incoming client inquiries related to real estate sales and property management.
Prisca grew up in France and is originally from Benin, West Africa. She has proudly called Omaha home for more than a decade and has come to deeply appreciate the inspiration, kindness, and opportunity found throughout the community.
Multilingual in four languages, Prisca moved to the Omaha metro area to pursue her studies in pre-law and later earned a four-year degree in Business Management from Bellevue University. Discipline, hard work, and a genuine care for people have always been defining characteristics of her journey.
While attending classes, Prisca worked for three years managing a beauty supply store, where she developed strong marketing skills and built a loyal customer base. She later transitioned into customer care, spending more than four years as a quality control expert specializing in appliance and furniture claims.
Today, Prisca brings her background in customer service, business management, communication, and relationship-building to her role with Exceptional Properties Group. As a wife and mother of three, she understands the importance of trust, responsiveness, and care when helping people navigate important decisions. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and commitment to service make her a valuable first point of contact for clients, residents, owners, and prospective partners.
Jonathan T. Schaeffer
Jonathan Schaeffer, a Las Vegas native, transplanted to Omaha to open a craft cocktail lounge and by doing so delved into the Midwest market. As the son of a notorious casino executive, knowledge of finance and real estate has been engrained in Jonathan from a young age. Jonathan explored creative endeavors in writing at Sarah Lawrence College in NY, as well as studied economics at Hunter College, to then switch gears and pursue a career in the hospitality industry in LA and now Omaha.
His culmination of diverse knowledge and unique background developed into a passion for investment sales that came naturally. Jonathan values clients on a individual basis and is willing to go to the extra mile to connect with investors and provide exceptional service to meet specific needs. The same entrepreneurial approach and effective communication skills that has made Jonathan successful as a business owner has allowed him to prosper in the real estate community.
His primary goals are to produce quality and honest work by connecting with investors while nurturing beneficial investment relationships. Jonathan vows to continue to uphold the same work ethic and competency that has contributed to his accomplishments thus far.
